This web application helps you create a design for a Bilfinger deaerator during the process phase. Use it to calculate the most common deaerator designs quickly and reliably.
On the login screen click on Register to open the registration form. Complete your details and submit. You will receive an automatically generated email with your login details so you can sign in.
After logging in you will see an overview. Previously calculated configurations appear here so you can quickly continue where you left off. To start fresh, click New configuration to open a clean design workspace.
First complete the process parameters. Use the info icons to learn more about each parameter. Then enter the mechanical details such as head type, number of vacuum rings and corrosion allowance. Finally, provide the tank dimensions. Hold‑up and retention time are calculated automatically.
Click Calculate now to apply your parameters to the Bilfinger design. Any possible warnings or notes regarding the design are shown in red so issues are easy to spot.
Save your design by entering a project name and clicking Save configuration. You can later make additional designs using New configuration while keeping your saved results available in the overview.
Use the button Send to Bilfinger to automatically send your files to Bilfinger. We will verify the parameters against the design and contact you to help finalize an optimum solution for your application.
